The 161 series is Carpigiani’s smallest ever soft machine, designed for outlets with limited space, the rear chimney exhausts air up and out enabling other equipment to sit to each side. With a sleek stainless steel design, its available in non-pasteurising and self-pasteurising models – respectively the ‘G’ and ‘GSP’, the latter of which has a 42 day cleaning cycle. The 161 has the advantage of a standard 13 amp plug requirement; a first for self-pasteurising equipment. Able to produce 15kg of soft serve ice cream or frozen yoghurt an hour from a 5 litre tank.
