Features of the Taylor 152 include:

Freezing cylinder – One, 1.4 litre

Hourly production* (approximately) – 12.2 litres per hour

Mix hopper – One, 7.6 litre. Separate hopper refrigeration to maintains the mix below 5°C during Auto and Standby modes.

Indicator lights – The ‘Mix Low’ and ‘Mix Out’ lights alerts the operator to add mix.  An audible alarm may be enabled to sound when the mix is low.

Electronic controls – Softech is our exclusive microprocessor-based master control that regulates refrigeration by measuring product viscosity to maintain consistent quality.

Standby – During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder.

Door interlock system: This system protects the operator from injury, as the beater will not operate without the dispensing door in place.
